Problem in creating data dictionary using VBA

I need to create a data dictionary for my application. So I checked and got a code from
http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/...e-Design-Docu/

I've followed all what is written in the instructions, but still I am getting some error, I am unable to run the code.

It simply gives an error message: Syntax error

How to solve this issue, I donot know.

What line triggers the error? Post your code, I don't want to create a user profile just to download from the referenced site.
