    Question automation forms and reports , helpp


    hi all iam new here and i really expect ur help


    i already upload in attachment a small example i make it in 2 minute just to understand my idea

    i have for exapmle 1 table january 1 form for january and 1 repot for january also

    sure the table already have data

    what i wanna do is to have tabels and forms and report for 12 month without creating them one by one is it possible ????

    i put a smal sample just to make my question clear
    in fact every table have more than 15 field and most of them are calsulated

    or if there is a way to have a ( form and report ) which will b as a template for 12 month without creating for every month separatle


    is the any possibilite ??? note. iam using access 2007 and 2010

    Call the table Salaries and create a field for the month value.

    Apply filter to form/report.

    boss.
    my problem is i have pay roll system
    and every month have around 200 employee
    next month some of them may leave and a new employee may start and every employee have deduction of 8 taxs maay vary from month to other

    Okay, doesn't alter my suggestion. Don't know enough about your business and data.

    What is the payroll system - something you built in Access? Personally, I wouldn't try to do that - that's reinventing the wheel. I have used Quickbooks accounting and the payroll component was adequate.
