Select Record bar does not show up on form when it is subform

I have Form (A) and I have subform (B). When I open the form the select record bar is visable on both forms. The select record bar on Form (A) is at the bottom of the screen. The select record bar on subform (B) is about 3.5 inches from the top of the screen. In design view both forms are 3.5 inches high. In form view Form (A) takes up whole screen while Subform (B) is 3.5 inches high. When I take Form (A) and make it a subform of Form (C) the select record bar is not visible.

You mean the navigation bar at bottom of form? Select record is on the left side of form.

It should be able to show. If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
