Weather 'Gadget' on my Access Form

I'm looking to add real time weather conditions to one of my forms. Something like the weather gadget I have on my desktop.
    Is this possible?

I've seen some screen shots where some people have done this, just can't locate how.

This was a challenge but was able to get it working.
I went to an online website where they offered free 'Widgets', when I clicked on a Weather Sticker that I liked for my DB it showed me the HTML code. Being that I only wanted the Weather Sticker and not the entire Web Page I reviewed the HTML code and copied only the URL for the sticker.
Returning to Access I added a Web Browser Control. When prompted I added the Address to the Hyperlink, clicked OK and other than resizing and formatting everything worked well.
Took some time to figure all this out but am very impressed with the outcome. Just a neat little feature to my database.
