I have what I think must be a simple problem but since I am very new to Access I cant seem to figure it out.

Basically I have a database full of users and would like to use that information to fill out some "forms".

Im probably not making much sense so ill try and use an example.

Pretend I am the DMV. I have 100 drivers in my access database. I want to fill out a change of address form that is currently on paper and word doc format. is there a way to import that word doc format and link the fields in my database to the different parts of the document to generate a report? so i could look up the drivers licence number and it would fill out the document or report so i could print it?

If I am still not making sense please let me know!
