access 2007 database Issues 2007 on Vb interface

Iam tryin open an access 2007 database, using vb.net but I kept getting the following exception.
"An OLE DB Provider was not specified in the ConnectionString. An example would be, 'Provider=SQLOLEDB;'."
Here is my connection setup could somebody please look ove my set up and give me the correct setup. Thanks

You did not provide code for connection.

This does not appear to be an Access issue.
