How to add outstanding balance in next dates, month and year

i have running total in each row now i want to add running total balance in next days, month and year.

in below list i have balance in 2013 7 days and i have in 2014 40 days now i want to add 7 days in next year how can i add?

dear experts have a look on my request i want previous dates balance in next dates what should i do for this.
if i run current year report of any id and if the same id has balance in last year it should appear as outstanding balance and add in current year.
