Set a query filter from a control on a form then launch a report from that query

I am having an issue with writting a macro that will launch a form where I can select from a combo control that will give me the fields where once a field has been selected I can type in data that will set a filter in a query then launch a report based on the query where a filter has been set.

If you use VBA instead you can use this technique:

    BaldyWeb wherecondition

And use the combo for the field.
