Help creating a Multi-User Login with password and access levels

I need help creating a multi-user login with different access levels. I have Attached my database to this thread so you can see what I am working with.

I want to set up to where only the administrator gets the Admin Main Menu and the others to get the system Main menu. any help will be greatly appreciated

I deleted the spam post. I'm only on a iPad so can't download the sample. Typically you'd have a field for access level and look that up during login, or simply test for that specific user and open the appropriate form. If you're still stuck, I'll be on a pc later.

Personally, I would have just one menu form and programmatically control visibility of the buttons.
