Subform Update - ALL rows

I have a Form with 2 subforms. On the main form is a button with code to update rows withing one of the subforms. However it only updates 1 row at a time. What can I do to update all of the rows in the subform at one time?



Code looks like this atm:

[Billingsubform]![Phase1] = ""

  [Billingsubform]![Phase1] = [PhaseQuerysubform]![Phase1]
  ElseIf (IsNull([Billingsubform]![term])) And [Billingsubform]![coe] > 0 Then
   [Billingsubform]![Phase1] = [PhaseQuerysubform]![Phase1]
 End If
