    Subform Update - ALL rows

    I have a Form with 2 subforms. On the main form is a button with code to update rows withing one of the subforms. However it only updates 1 row at a time. What can I do to update all of the rows in the subform at one time?

    Code looks like this atm:
    Code:
    Private Sub UPDATE_Click()
    If (IsNull([Billingsubform]![Phase1])) And (IsNull([Billingsubform]![term])) And (IsNull([Billingsubform]![coe])) Then
    [Billingsubform]![Phase1] = ""
      ElseIf [Billingsubform]![coe] > 0 And [Billingsubform]![term] > 0 And [Billingsubform]![term] > [Billingsubform]![coe] Then
      [Billingsubform]![Phase1] = [PhaseQuerysubform]![Phase1]
      ElseIf (IsNull([Billingsubform]![term])) And [Billingsubform]![coe] > 0 Then
       [Billingsubform]![Phase1] = [PhaseQuerysubform]![Phase1]
     End If
