What field is the primary key? Why would the import records not have a primary key value?

Would have to examine your database and the import file. If you want to provide for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

    Hi,

The file contains 1.4 Million rows.

If I try with the small data from the same file it is working.

    Pleas help.

    Thanks

Can't help with that. Could be memory issues. Might have to break up the csv file.

You might want to check the data in the file if there is any bad data.

    Hi narendrabr,

Please check this link to find the causes & solution of this error message: '
Index or primary key cannot contain a Null value. (Error 3058)':
    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/access-help/HV080760484.aspx

To resolve this error message 'An error occurred trying to import file. The file was not imported' try to compact & repair your database and then try to import it again.
