time and billing DB

I am looking to see if anyone is aware of a simple DB that can be used for time and billing. In my case, there are 5 people who need to bill their time and expenses to different projects/tasks. I need the DB to only show the dtata that is relevant to the person logging into the DB. Does anyone know if there is an existing access template I can use?

Could one be used as a starting point for you to modify to your specifications?

I was hoping that someone had one already. I am not sure how to build one so that "when you log into the DB you only see the data that is associated associated with your ID". Greg
