Can anyone help and explain what items goes into a data dictionary in Access database. I am badly in need.

Google: data dictionary

This is 'data about data' (metadata). The FieldName, DataType, and Description columns in table design view is an example of 'data about data'. If field contains encrypted values such as simply A, B, C, D, the data dictionary could describe what those codes represent. A=90-100, B=80-89, etc.
