Jopin (or whatever works) stand alone tables.

I am creating weekly (M-F) "Roll Sheets" with student data, (name, grade, room, session, in the student table), that also need the name of the roll taker (Roll Taker table). The big problem is that the roll taker may not be the same each day of he week; i.e. Monday may be taker 1, Tuesday may be taker 2, Wednesday may be taker 1 again, Thursday may be taker 3, and Friday may be taker 4. But once set for the week they will not change for that week. How may I build a query that will give me: name, grade, session, room, Mon roll taker, Tue roll taker, Wed roll taker, Thu roll taker, Fri roll taker?

Don't understand data structure so can't offer specifics. Is roll taker ID saved in the Roll table?

Have you looked at the Student template database available for download?

I did look at the student DB template and decided that will not work for my needs at this time.
