Query Super Slow Access 2003

Can someone take a look at my database and let me know why you think that my qrytest is so slow? I am using access 2003 and I am wondering if there is anything I can do to make this faster. There is potential for more data to be populated in the tables, and it seems to be running pretty slow. In my access it pops up quickly but when you want to go to the last record it takes awhile and bring up the hourglass.
