    Form that only shows records meeting criteria?

    I'm trying to create a form that allows managers to update personnel records for those personnel in their own work groups only ( 1 through 8). How do I limit the records that appear on a form to those matching a single criterion from only one column? Can this criterion be prompted as well?

    More than one way to accomplish this. One is with parameter input prompts. I never use them because hard to validate entry.
