Key Violations in an Append Query

I am using two Append Queries to create a single table from the data contained in two Excel spreadsheets. It is a pretty straightforward operation but several records are not being added to my new table because of Key Violations.

How do I identify the errant records ? The spreadsheets are 1610 and 3439 records respectively.

Can you link to the spreadsheets? If so, build query that counts the records by grouping on the key field. Any keys with more than 1 count are involved in the error. If you can't link, then do this count in the worksheets. DCount is available function in Excel.
