Using Access to track daily staff task done in shared drive

Hi guys, I have only little knowledge in microsoft access and would need some help in my area of work. Currently I have a staff strength of about 20, and I need to firstly have a user password form for different staff to access. After which it will bring them to a form with a standard template for them to fill in their task done and date will be automatically set as today's date. Each staff will have a blank template to fill in. May I know is it possible to do so? Thanks in advance!

Yes, it is possible. You will have to understand how to program code (macro or VBA) behind forms. You will need a table of user info. Common topic in forums and on web.
