    Unique print requirements....

My customer has what I think is a unique printing requirement for a report. Data
is entered into a memo field on a Form. When a Command button is clicked to
print the report, this is where it gets rough. The paper in the printer is
standard size 8 1/2 X 11 paper. However, the paper has two perforations in it so
there are three distinct "mini-sheets" in each 8 1/2 X 11 paper. Think of each
piece of paper having 3 index cards on it. Each of the mini-sheets are the size of a
standard index card that the customer for legal reasons must keep a hard copy and
file in a filing cabinet. The piece I'm trying to figure out is this. Assume the contents
of the memo field are long enough to fill three index cards. The first "page" goes on
the top mini-sheet, the second "page" goes on the BACK of the top mini-sheet, and
the third "page goes on the face of the second/middle mini-sheet. The printer can
print in duplex and it's obviously OK for pages 1 and 3 to be printed first and then the

printer turns the paper over and prints page 2 on the back of the top mini-page.

Any ideas on how to do this?

    Not easily.

Only thing I can see is to break up the comment into three fields - either by actually saving to three fields in table or using string manipulation to break one field into three parts in textboxes. Arrange the textboxes holding the text parts in 1, 3, 2 order and use a page break control to force page break after part3 textbox.

This requires knowing exactly how many characters will print in each part. This means non-proportional font is required, like Courier New.
