Newbie form question - multiple relationships in a form

I have a simple beginners problem (I hope). I have created two tables for my charity database of global contacts.

    table tblcountry contains ID,Country,EGArep,Chair

    table tblindividuals contains ID,Title,FirstName,LastName

I have created relationships so that I can assign individuals to the EGArep and Chair role. In datasheet view all is well. I now want to create a friendly form for my colleages to see this information. The form needs show

    Country
    EGArep Title FirstName Lastname

    Chair Title First Name Lastname

This works ok because when I select the dropdown arrow on my form the correct data is displayed.

The problem is that I want to add fields separate to the dropdown option. If I add a new field I am asked to choose one of the two relationships. That is to say I cannot work out how to add data from both the relationships on one form. I have to choose one relationship and then all the subsequent fields I add relate to just that relationship. v

Generally, this would be done by relating one of the fields to the second table, and the other to an alias (copy) of it. In a query or the relationship window you would have 2 copies of the individuals table.
