Printing multiple rows' data on each page of a report

    Hello all,

I am pretty new to Access (especially 2010), so I'm kind of aggravated by this issue especially since it seems like a very easy one to solve.

I have a query that runs off two tables. The query results in 896 rows. When I try to create a report off that data, the report's print preview shows one row per page for a total of 896 pages. How do I make it so that it prints multiple lines per page and keeps going from there?

    Thank you very much,
    Tony

What is ForceNewPage property of the Detail section set to? Is the Detail section sized to minimize blank space?

Jeez! I knew it would be easy to solve this, but not THAT easy, hahaha. The ForceNewPage property was set to "None," but it was the large amount of blank space in the Detail section that caused my problem. Thank you June! Now I feel like a dummy!

By the way, since I'm new, I want to ask: for more problems that come up (and believe me, they will, haha) I should just make a new thread and mark this one as solved, correct? I shouldn't continue asking in this thread, should I?

Correct, try to keep one topic/issue per thread.
