    Look at the properties of your subform, is it SINGLE FORM or CONTINUOUS FORM, if it's single change it to continuous.

    I saw that too - originally I had it as single and I switched it to continuous...
    That was the problem - what I didnt realzie is that the design of the form was staggering the lines so much that I could only see them one at a time...
