    Remove deleted records

    I have deleted records and they still seem to be part of the file. How do you permenitly remove them. Access 7.

    What file , what records?

    Show us the Delete Query SQL.

    That,s why over this novice head. My in dbase all I did was pack to get read of records. I was hoping Access had a way to delete records that you have already been marked for deleted.

    I believe I had anther form, did not notice, that might have been linked to some data some how. When I deleted the form it was Ok. But thanks.
