    Making sure code runs regardless

Tried a few different search strings but got nothing.

How can I insure that a piece of code is run even when the user just kills the app with the close box?

I have some housekeeping routines I'd like to use and in the event the user doesn't click exit but just hits the close box I need it to run anyway rather than having to run the routines during startup.

    Or is that bad practice?
