Getting the Previous Data from the database.

    Hi,

I having a problem in getting the last month data. i'm still a beginner/intermediate when it comes to ms acces query and programming. hopefully you can help me.

    Thanks.

I have one Database Table that has Posting Month, Prod, Cost, ActualVol, Forecast1 to Forecast11

if my Posting month is the Current month, let say, 8/1/2012 and i have previous month of 7/1/2012. i would like to get the Actual Vol value for the 7/1/2012

Result of the query should look like this.

    Prod1, ActualVol, Actualvol, Forecastmth1 to Forecastmth11.

    is this possible?

    please help.

    Thanks.

    Review http://allenbrowne.com/subquery-01.html
Look at example for: Get the value in another record
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

    HI June7,

    thanks for your reply.

    I tried it.

but a pop-up message appears: at most one record can be returned by this subquery access

    Thanks.
