    All I can do is refer you to more tutorials. Review the 'sticky' threads at http://forums.aspfree.com/microsoft-access-help-18/

    Maybe on-line tutorials not enough, get some books - used, cheap from Amazon.
    How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

    I'm new to Access as well babyvoid! I'm so afraid my questions will be so simple as to be thought stupid. I have an Access book but it has little in the way of how to write code, what the proper way is to write syntax, how to build expressions or write macros. I need an Access Bible, but it seems some things are a big secret like Time/Date differential.... though some people know everything about it . I have one stickler in a Total Hours column that is driving me bananas right now. Good luck w/your venture. I'm off to find THE answer.

    @babyvoid

    Here is another link to a tutorial by Crystal. It is pretty basic. One concept you really need to understand is normalization.
