    VBA for colour coding

Hello, We are looking to find some VBA for colour coding some buttons automatically based on a change in "Status" (column). It is a Combo box, value field. Both the Overall and status are the same combo box choice options. We have an 'Overall status' for a table that may include multiple items, each item has their own respective 'status'.

We are looking for a code to help us automatically generate the 'Overall status' colour, based off of the lowest possible item. ie: there are 3 items in the table. Item one is Ready (indicated as green), two Proposed (yellow), and three Delayed (red)....The overall status should be red because it is the lowest denominator. As well the three items in the example are joined by a ID # to indicate their similarity to a larger normalized table.

We would like it to loop, and set up an array for each as each item is given a number automatically. Once we open the form it should run this. We can provide examples if needed. Any help or suggestion would help...... Thank you.
