I want to add a plus minus drop down menu in my form as the number of criterias so many that I cant just put them in combo box. can someone help me?

What is 'too many'. I have comboboxes that list thousands of rows.
Don't know what you mean by 'plus minus'.

If you are using combo boxes with many rows of data to choose from, try looking at the Auto Expand feature of combo boxes, which finds matching entries as you type. The combo box data needs to be sorted for this to be useful.
