Lightbulb Does anyone have an already made database to Track Training?

I was tasked with an urgent request to create a database to track training. I know this is kind of broad, but I am looking for good ideas. I am good with Access, but not an expert and want to do a good job. Any of the ones that I can find on the web are all protected where I can't get any good ideas as how they are set up.

    Any help is appreciated.

You might check out http://www.databaseanswers.org/data_models/index.htm .
In the third column, at #227 is a schema for "Training Evaluation". (Training as in training required for your job)

"Training" covers a lot of areas...........
