Lightbulb Send Ticket Number Through SMS

I am a new Access user.I am working in a place where we received many request & Complain from customer. I have made a simple Access Database where we save data. My database has a "TicketNumber" field which is Auto Number. I want to create a button named "Save & Send SMS". when clicking on the button i want to send SMS to the customer as "Your Complain/Request has been received. Your Ticket Number is ............." please use this ticket number for further query."

Can anyone tell me the steps to do so.....

I'm not sure what the different truncation lengths are for the different cell phone carriers, but each one of them has their own SMS-based suffix where you can send text messages to phones from email addresses. you could do this, as it is an option.

other than that, I haven't seen much about sending SMS messages from windows directly at all. but I'm sure there are multiple ways to do this.
