    Question A survey issue

I guess this is a pretty basic problem and I know when I hear the answer I will kick myself, but...
I am working on a survey form for my office. We have 5 departments, there are 12 questions that our customers are to answer with choices from a combo box, as well as a box at the bottom for comments.

My question is: Can I do a summary report by department which gives a count of the responses for each of the questions (ie: 5 Excellent, 2 Very Good, 3 No Opinion, etc...)? I am nearly certain it can be done, and I have tried several approaches, but I'm not getting the results I expect.

Any help on the matter is greatly appreciated... even if it IS just a tutorial link.

You might wanna dCount it, and include the departement in the WHERE clause.

    =DCount("[Excellent]", "Survey", "[Departement] = 'SomeDepartment'")

But if it works or not depends on how your table is made up.
Let me know if it was helpfull or if you need further assistance.
