custom menubar/toolbar from .mdb file...how to edit it?

I have a menustrip that was programmed into a 12 year old program. How do I edit it? I'd like to leave some of the items, but remove some others that link to forms that are no longer used. I have already deleted the forms and associated macros, but I have no idea where to find the menustrip to edit it. It's not in a table, it's not in VBA code...where do I find it?

    Thanks!

BTW...it's showing up in my 2007 environment as an "Add-In". When I go to manage Add-In's it's listed there, but no place to edit it.

nothing that lets me edit it. I can see it in Customize under the Access Options button. But it's just there, no place to edit it. I guess I'll have to install a copy of Access 2000 on a second computer and see if that helps.
    Thanks!
