    Access Dropdowns

    Hi there,
I am very new to using access for complex projects, i have mostly been an excel user.
I am building a DB for work and i need to have a dropdown list with ten people in there

    Person 1
    Person 2
    person 3
    person 4 ETC

when i select person one twice i want them to drop to the bottom of the list and person 2 to become person one. This is for allocation of jobs.
    Are you able to help.

    Thanks in advance

    Gordon

It would help to know your table structure, but I'm visualizing a query that counts the number of times each person has been used as the row source of the combo.

this is where i show my zero skill. However i have solved my email a form via a command button issue. I only have a table with the 10 people then i have created a lookup column in the table with the tradestable with the 10 people. that is all so far sorry.

So i guess i need to design a query that counts the amount of times that person is used, then how do i get the combo box to move around the people automaticly.

Thanks so much for your help

Can you post the db here, so I don't have to guess at the structure?
