Trouble with cascading cbo

Hey guys- I'm trying to figure out how to create cascading combo boxes, and have search around but I'm kinda new and not used to using code.

I have a form- NewItemFormthat has multiple combo boxes. Simply what I want is when Type cbo is selected, that the corresponding item selections are in the Item cbo. The Types are Can, End, Bottle and their Items are in REF_Prices.

Any help would be great thank you. I'm really new to cascading combo boxes so simple clear instructions would be greatly appreciated

Can you post a copy of the db in A2003 mdb format.
