    Printing report

Hi there. I'm here again asking your expert advice. I have a form with a Print Button. What I want it to do is to print automatically a separate form which I call by its ID. I am using the code below but it wont print. DoCmd.OpenForm "form_name" DoCmd.PrintOut acSelection I only want to print just the active record.

What happens - error message, wrong results, nothing?

You are printing form instead of report?

You need to filter the form/report to only the record of interest otherwise you get them all. What is ID - a record unique ID?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
