    additional pages

    Hi there,

I changed a report in my access database and from now there additional pages. I guess alignment is too much, but how could I change this? I am using Access 2010. For any other suggestions I am really thankful, cheers.

Did you expand the report to the right [make it wider]?

If so, you have two options:
    1. Reduce the width till you are not getting the extra page.
    2. Switch to Landscape on the Page Setup Tab in the Report DesignView.

Let me know how it goes.

Do you mean that you are getting some extra blank pages now?
If so, check the width of your report, along with your margins, and make sure those numbers added up do not exceed the maximum page size for the paper size you have selected.

Problem was one field connected to another field, which caused too much height, anyway thanks for the help
