Selecting a few words from a field to display

    Hi,

I am fairly new to access. I need to create a query that has 2 fields in ONE table but only need to display certain rows.

    For example:

Customer ID (one field) and Customer Name (second field)
    435 Atlas Wood
    5345 Green Apple
    6578 Sam Fred
    231 Jules Celtic

From this table I only want the result to show:
Customer ID (one field) and Customer Name (second field)
    5345 Green Apple
    231 Jules Celtic

How would I go about doing this? Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you!

Generally you would use a query with the appropriate criteria. What defines the two records you want returned?
