I am in the Navy, and we have a bunch of online courses we need to complete and keep track of for our guys that work with us. I need to build a database where I can input all the courses and generate a report or form to show which ones are completed and which ones still need to be done. I want the report/form to look kind of like a excell spread sheet, with the names of all the courses at the top from left to right and then along the left column going from top to bottom have the names of my people and a check mark in each cell for all there completed courses.
