You will need to be more specific. Your picture is not from an Access db but some other proprietary software. How does what you are showing us relate to what you are trying to do? The devil is in the details and you have not given us any.

What exactly is it that you need?

Search as you type or colored highlight?

For Search as you type research the On Change event. http://allenbrowne.com/appfindasutype.html
Good luck with the colored highlight--- but you posted the link with an example

It isn't clear to me what you need or what you have tried.

    Key Search result will hightlight

    I have a HelpMe.mdb file include:
    Table: tblNames
    Form: frmContactDetail, frmSearchExample

    (Please download file via: http://www.mediafire.com/?i7aoewle7c3cep7)

I want when to open frmSearchExample, in type to search, enter any key search (Ex: uron)

In lstItems Unbound will show key search result (First row below)
I want the texts hightlight color (yellow) - Please image illustrate

P/S: I try to uploaded my .zip file (2.5MB) to forums but can't

    The following errors occurred:

HelpMe.zip: Your file of 2.46 MB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 2.00 MB for this filetype.

There is nothing in the downloaded mdb file that deals with highlighting a string.

There is no logic to prevent duplicate First and Last Names.

There is no code associated with the Update button on the Contact Details form

What do you think this sample data base does?

I think you are seeing some marketing literature/graphics, but no underlying code.

If I've missed something in the download file, please show me the code involved.

You may wait a long time.... so while you're waiting you might want to do some googling/research.
If you find something, please update your post.

Have you considered talking to the people at
    http://www.mediafire.com/?i7aoewle7c3cep7 ?

They may have some free or low cost routines that actually DO the highlighting.

You can always zip a large file. WinZip
    I don't understand what you're asking.

You sent a picture of "some database" showing highlighted strings. You say that's what you want.
Where was the sample from? Talk to who ever built it or sells it.
As Alan said you haven't given us any details.
Give us more info if you want assistance.

    Simply saying
I'm waiting to help from everyone .......
    is not a good strategy.
