Error Message that is coming up for just one person

I have less the 10 people that use this database and not all are in it at one time but just one person is getting this error message:

Your Microsoft Office Access database or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file" OWC11.DLL" version 1.1

she has been able to work in this last week and now this AM she is getting this message....can you please help me with this??

This may be a stupid question, but have you recently had a software/hardware upgrade (i assume you use windows xp and access 2003 at work)?

I found something regarding that exact error message here

Yes we still use 2003 Access is the only one that they haven't upgraded yet. Is there still away around this?

If it is missing you can try downloading and installing it separately using this link:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/e...displaylang=en

and then re-adding it as a reference in vb (note this would have to be done on the problem pc)
