Can this be automated on access

Hi Attached is a form I use that I have to fill in manually, often I have to make changes for various reasons, is there away to create and app in access that will allow me to capture this, pull reports etc. I have tried, admittedly I know nothing about access, I scratch my head everytime I look at it, could somebody help or point me in the right direction.

Most likely this could be done in Access. Creating Tables in Access would be used to store your data, Forms would be used to enter data into the Tables, and Reports would be used to (obviously) create reports from the data contained within the Tables.

Without any knowledge of Access, this could prove to be a daunting and tedious task. If you are up to the challenge (and have the time), then I encourage you to look to broaden your knowledge of Access and databases. If you don't have the time or motivation, you could contract/hire someone to build the application for you.
