Not sure if this is the correct sub forum for this question, but hopefully someone will be able to redirect me if it is the wrong one.
I'm working on a database project, as part of one of my college units, for my workplace. One of the criteria my bosses have asked of me is that they are able to input a clients email address, and then be able to open outlook express through Access 2007 to generate an email towards multiple contact emails stored within the customer information table.
Information is stored about customers with annual membership policies, which includes the start date of their membership and the renewal date of their membership. My bosses would like to be able to send an email to anyone who is shortly coming up to their expected renewal date.
My primary question is whether its possible to open outlook express to generate an email to multiple contacts, by using a table containing email addresses within Access.
Thank you in advance if anyone can help me on this!
-- I apologise if that does not seem to make much sense, I have been suffering from a lack of sleep lately.
