Access tries and fails connect to a website

Hi!

I downloaded a database(file in format accdb). When I try to open it, it shows me this window:

If I disconnect from the internet, it's work fine.

Why it tries to connect to this website, and how I can turn this off?

Try holding down the shift key when you open the project. That should bypass any automated code. Then you can design edit the project to suit your needs. Find the code that wants to make the connection.
