Query output to contain hyperlink to expand data.

    I have a report (Report1) where I have output from a query (qryTable1COUNT).

In my master table (Table1), I have ID, CustName, Comment, Reason. My query in the report just shows Reason and a count.

I would like in this report the counts to be hyperlinks which would show the associated comments.

TestDB.zipI have attached a copy of what I am trying to accomplish. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Want a hyperlink that will view data from field in table? An odd idea.

The table has 5 records with 3 Reason values. There is a different comment for each record. Do you want to display all the comments associated with each reason?

Either open a report filtered to the appropriate set of comments or use report/subreport arrangement.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
