    Custom Front End

I am sure that this question has been answered before, but I am not sure what to search for. I would like to create a front end that opens only to the switchboard, with no other menus or ability to select other options. Almost like an application. I have no real programming ability to speak of, but I am great at cut and pasting so the easier the solution the better. Thank you so much for your time.

I guess that I should add that I am using Acess 2007 on a government machine that will not allow me to install any other software. That will probably change some answers.
