Sub-query question

I would like to make a query, but cannot figure out, how.
So, I have a table, which contains persons, indicated their departments and sex, like this
Id,name, Dept, sex(male, female)

I would like to have the depts, where everybody is female.

I think, it should be a sub-query, but I cannot solve it.

I appreciate any help,

Select Id,name, Dept, sex
FROM YourTableName
Where Sex = "Female"

It seems that your table structure may need some redesign depending on the application.
