    Security for a form

    Hi There,
We have a database that only a few people have access to but we need some other people who don't have access to this database to enter information (we were thinking in a form). Is there a way to give people without access to the database access to this form?

What do you mean by 'don't have access'. Either a user can open db or they can't. If they can't open it they can't use form.

    Options:

    1. Another db with just the one form and links to only the table(s) needed for the form or use unbound form and don't link tables but use code to load data on form.

    2. Use Collect Data wizard to get data by email.

Sorry, they have access to access software, but we only want them to be able to enter into a form. Not have access to any of the tables, queries, etc.

Can disable the navigation pane, ribbon, shortcut menu with project settings. Even build custom ribbon/QAT.
