how to add Combo Boxes in Queries?

For reasons which I'll spare I like to used Combo Boxes a lot & is primarily why I go though creating lots of Forms Now I see that Combo Boxes can be created right within queries, which doesn't seem to be working for me. I follow this steps: 1) In the Design Viewg grid I click in the field in which I want to create the Combo Box for. 2) Under the LookUp Tab I choose, 'Combo Box', in the Row Source Type I chooase 'Table/Query', & in the Row Source (Query Builder) I choose the appropriate query (which only list the data once) & it's field. When I close out of the Query Builder I click 'Yes', but when I run the query the drop down Combo Box is empty. I even tred saving/naming the Query Builder, but that didn't make any difference. Am I missing a simple step here or is adding Combo Boxes to queries more complex? If so, I'll go back with the Forms.

As far as I can tell, can't create comboboxes in query. This is done with table design. The Lookup tab you reference is a feature of the table designer, not query designer. The combobox settings in the table design should carry into the query.
