Form ID to stay on Form 2

I have been trying all kinds of code to get this too work. I have tried the OpenArgs and others. Form 1 show you your data. Click on the "New task" and Form 2 pops up with a simple interface to imput your data. Form2 needs to remember who you are. So far I can not get it to remember you at all. I have attached the database for review. I know some of the names are spelled incorrectly so please be kind. This is just a work in progress.

Have you thought about having a table where the current user logged in is saved to? It would be overwritten everytime a new user logs in, and that field would be set when a new record is created in the form.
