Ranking

Hi Every one

I have a table with Studen Marks in say 4subjects. Can any one help me in ranking the students in each subject seperately.

For example My table structure is as follows. I need to give subject wise ranks to each student using query.

Name	Subject	Marks	Rank
A	Eng	100
A	Mats	50
A	Science	60
A	Social	70
B	Eng	80
B	Mats	90
B	Science	100
B	Social	20
C	Eng	30
C	Mats	50
C	Science	60
C	Social	70
D	Eng	80
D	Mats	90
D	Science	100
D	Social	80
